Is it normal that i hate my own voice?
I'd really like to record music but everytime I listen to it I can't stand my voice at all. I don't really know how to get over it but I really need to because music is probably the only left thing for me.

Actually, most people hate their voice. It is a phenomena. When people hear their voice on a tape recorder they are usually surprised and not happy about the sound. It's just that they aren't used to how it really sounds.
I also hate my own voice and many things more about myself...I cant stand taking pictures because i hate my own face...But people around you are used to the way you look, talk, act, so the only barrier you have to overcome is yourself.
Yes, pretty much everyone has this problem. It is because when you talk you are hearing not only the sound leaving your mouth through the air but also the sound of your bones vibrating which travels through your ear. This is probably why when you listen to your voice it also sounds higher pitched.
yeah drives me insane i would be alot less quiet if i didnt hate it so much it sounds perverted
