I don’t wear bright colors often, I’m scared they may make people look at me. I wouldn’t wear red shoes, but I don’t mind the look of them on others. They can look good if the rest of the outfit works.

I think it's normal. Myself, a vehicle with red interior, seats, carpet, headliner, yech,,, sends shivers down my back. Just SO MUCH RED. So yea, I'm sure there are those that cant stand green, or brown.

Shoes should be natural colors. Anything else and it just clashes with whatever you are wearing. Red shoes only work with a red top.

You can coordinate a lot with your shoes if they match your top
A good rule of thumb is bright shirt and shoes with dark pants and vice versa
If red is your color, red shoes and shirt would look really good
But don't mind me, I wear just about all my clothes within 3 days
