So um... cars. Yeah.
I rode a Kawasaki Ninja 250r once, I loved it. Tried to drive a Harley of some sort at another time and it was way too big and heavy for me.
So when it comes to motorcycles, at least, I prefer the rice-rockets! ^-^
Ahh ya I hate when a car sounds like a farting lawn mower. I do love me a deep growly sound. Even my stock 77 suburban sounded pretty good. 454 man, dual exhaust. Damn I miss that thing :( the sound of an angry vehicle that you can feel...oh birdy loves that so much. And the loud hum of boggers pounding the pavement.
Do bored out big blocks really sound that different to blocks only needing a hone when rebuilt?
Old school muscle. Wish I could post a pic of the '71 Olds W-30 442 with a 455 I restored a couple years ago. Also did a '67 Vette 427 6bbl NCRS.
Haha, my family members belong to a mustang club and love those big engines. Personally, I'm not a total rice-burner foe, but I wonder if those idiots that get the modified mufflers know that they're not fooling the REAL sports car fans. The dumb broads and high school kids may be impressed, but we know the truth ;)
Dude who gives a fuck what you think about other people's cars. You obviously just wrote this to get a reaction.
As opposed to anything else written on this website or almost anywhere else on the internet?
Yeah but the cars other people drive have literally no effect on you at all. So again, who gives a fuck
Some people like cars, driving them, working on them (saves a lot of money), talking about them, and so on. It's not a secret.
Fast cars are a good cheap thrill.
What if you got to know another user with a nice car and swapped cars for the day? Another persons car maybe had a huge effect on me.
And I guess you're right. A reaction is different than attention. This question was written with bias. Import tuners are the new kid on the block in the car world, so maybe some folks don't like them.
Ricers are shit! I will agree to that, but not all imports are bad. Check out a Nissan GTR... That would kill a GT Mustang with ease... And why stop at a underpowered V8?! Go for a massive twin-turbo V12! Like the ones in Mercedes, or Aston Martin, or Lamborghini!
Or check out the W16 in a Veyron... Now that's an engine!
My mechanically-adept husband says it just depends on what you like. He likes Chevys and hates people who try to make Honda's bad-ass when they aren't.
I love foreign cars, but I dislike any car that produces a lot of noise.
I think people spend too much time and money on their cars. And I never understood the thrill of a car that makes a lot of noise.
However I just discovered a contraption that you can place on your bicycle to make it sound like a horse when you ride. I kind of want one, so I guess I can't say too much about people's car parts.
Well, I ride a cruiser myself, but I really don't have any prejudice against people that want to ride sportbikes though. I even wanted to get one for the longest time. Maybe I still do. You never know what opportunities will be presented. I know I'm a bit against the grain though, because I'm about the youngest person that I know that does ride a cruiser...
I just love the term ricers. I've just got myself a 308 stroker for me Holden tonner. Ain't no burners in my yard!
