Is it normal that i hate the sound of hoovers so much?!

Literally, cannot STAND the noise of hoovers. When I lived at home, I left the house whenever my mum would hoover! Now I live alone, I make every attempt in order to avoid hoovering: I sweep my carpets, and I pick tiny little bits up by hand if I can! Takes me three times the amount of time, but I just can't stand the constant whirring!

    Get a Tyson. I hear they are nice, quiet and lovingly made with European Efficiency.

    I'm going to assume you mean Vacuum's and not the criminal gang hoover? I only found out that some people refer to vacuum's as hoovers after googleing this, I would say it's normal to hate the sound. You could get a silent vacuum if you can find one in a shop near you
