Is it normal that i hate this?

I hate how so many 90s kids feel superior to children of other generations.

All decades have their ups and downs. Times change.

IIN?

I'm a 90s kid (born in 1988) and for the most part I HATE the 90s. Bad music, bad movies, bad pretty much fucking everything. There are always exceptions, of course. I've always been envious of anyone who lived through my favorite decades for pop culture – the 70s and 80s.

Never heard of this. I have heard that very generation thinks they invented everything.

Not true! I was born in the mid-90's and I don't feel "superior" to any other decade. Even if I could remember it I still wouldn't think it was "superior". There are some decades that I prefer to others, but no decade is greater. Yes, they're going to be good times, but no matter what there will also be bad times as well.

90s kids were kids in the 90s, so they don't remember many things about it. Me personally, I like the 90s music better then today's music, and the movies were better in my opinion (terminator 2), but that's all a matter of taste. I think the main difference is technology, I'm not saying that its true about everyone, but in general, back in the 90s, kids still used to run outside, today they spend most of the time by the computer, mostly on facebook and other social networks.

I'm a 90's kid lol We just came out with alot of awesome shit in the 90's Anything before the 90's had their ups to! But sadly I view the 20th century as a huge down grade...

I never found myself superior to kids of other generations. I just loved the 90s cause they were cool and I grew up in them! I do, however, feel everyone who got to be a kid in any of the 1900s eras was lucky! :) So we should all unite and celebrate that we got to grow up in the only century (in my opinion) in human history in which there was something new every 10 years. I mean look at history- the 150s, 16600s, etc.. all were the same.

Its not that we feel superior, its more pride for our youth than anything else. We like reminiscing about the past, and the fact that we have technology to help us unlike the other generations, is what makes us seem like we act "superior"

God, I hate boy bands, and oh-so-luckily for me (a 90s-and-2000s child), I got stuck in the decade for them. -_-

  • If you mean people born in the 90's then i wouldn't worry, they are soooooo naive and dumb as stumps. I blame the parents of today for babying them so much.

I was born in 1988 and I feel no special pride about my generation! I wonder what would make a person feel entitled about when they were born. How silly!

I was born in 92... And I don't feel superior. I feel bad for the kids who were born in the late 90's... They don't have the experiences of being outside all the time and using their imagination... Technology thinks for them now. It's annoying
