Is it normal that i have a body that responds differently to the weather?

Is it normal that my body responds differently or negatively to the weather conditions? I am a 27 years old man with young looking body, I kinda look 16-17of age.

When it is cold and people are freezing with coldness, my body turn to respond differently in such a way that I feel warm and I sweat. If I am in the car, I need windows opened.

When it is hot, I feel normal in such a way that I don't feel hot nor cold. I still sweat depending on the movement of my body at that moment.

When the the sky changes to cloudy during the night while I am asleep I sweat, then I know it's cloudy out side.

Note: This has been happening for as long as I can remember. Is it normal?

Ask your doctor to check you for hypothyroidism.

    I've heard of this before...

    How common, I don't know.
