Is it normal that i have a fetish for fuzzy/furry footwear?

Especially UGG products, I absolutely adore wearing any furlined women's (men's aren't the same to me, I do mostly prefer feminine/sparkly/pink ones) slippers/boots/flats/moccasins.
(I am indifferent to how UGGs look btw)
There's just something magical about it and the touch on my feet is just incredible! It's hard to describe to people who don't have this fetish.

Yes I am a male, and I've had this fetish since I was 11 years old when I found some blue fuzzy slippers with bowties from my younger sister. (Don't worry, nothing happened, never got caught or anything, nobody was ever harmed)
Then my mum used to own a pair of uggs and I sometimes used to sneakily steal those whenever she would leave the house.

I get slightly turned on by seeing women wearing either (fuzzy) slippers, uggs (boots). But the best part about it all is being able to wear them (NOT in public, because I would be ashamed)
I don't exactly have a footfetish or anything, but I can appreciate it nonetheless.

    I don't think there's anything wrong with your fetish, but I'm slightly disturbed by "Nothing happened, never got caught". Why would you be caught for being innocent?

    Then you compound it by talking about nobody being harmed. Why would anyone be harmed by nothing happening? Worse - you say nobody was "ever" harmed, implying that your "nothing" happened multiple times.

    If you ever do get caught for something and have to go to court, I'd plead guilty straight away, because your chances of outwitting a sharp legal mind are as fuzzy as the footwear.

      Oh well, most people mention it whenever they got 'caught' practicing their fetish or something..
      And yes ofc. it's innocent, but I'm quite ashamed of it, obviously
      And I just mention nobody got harmed because that's just to reassure others it's harmless.

        I was once involved in a piece of research with the dodgy name "pleasant touch" and it was about the feel of soft things (mostly fur) on our skin. I don't recall the outcome but I do know that most humans react to it in a positive way, and we don't entirely know why.

        Also, if you ever get the chance, feel some kangaroo fur. I think you'll be pleased by it.

      Well, in all honesty, I do have those thoughts, but rarely nowadays.
      I did mention it is a fetish, so I don't know.
      But guess I'm mostly fine then, since it's luckily not a 24/7 desire I have, mostly when the opportunity is present. (Sounds weird)

        yeah i mean i think having those thoughts is fine, just make sure you're not doing it with someone else's belongings unless you have their consent. also shoes can have a lot of germs so be careful and stay safe x

      Yeah, they're not the actual prettiest, but they're nice, warm and cozy. That's probably what most people like about them.
      Exactly the same with me, but I just happen to have the fact that they turn me on, which is either an illness or just a rare fetish.
      No clue..

              But how do mammoths have any correlation with any of the above? Uggs are made out of Australian sheepskin.
