Is it normal that i have images of getting hurt?
Most of the time when I'm in the car, and someone is driving me, I start imagining horrible things happening like someone hitting us or something. It never actually happens. Also sometimes when I'm using normal everyday things like for example the microwave, I'll have like a image of it blowing up or something. I really dislike those images. Is there anyway not to be so paranoid, or whatever you would call this...?
