Is it normal that i have one baggy eye?

I am 15 -.- and I got 1 baggy wtf I know right? I sleep pretty late around 3-4 am but i wake up at 12-1. My right eye is perfectly fine. The eye that is baggy has pretty high myopia but the other one has none is it that ? Am i aging ? is it normal?
