Is it normal that i have the urge to bite my dogs ears?

So when I cuddle my dog I kiss her head and her face but I also get the uncontrollable urge to nibble her ears. Nothing painful I cover my teeth but I just want to gobble her up like I'll make exaggerated eating noises and nuzzle into her neck. But it's her ears I want to bite the most. Again I'm not hurting her, she actually turns her head and licks my face when I do it hard. Is it normal?

    I had a friend that did the same thing, I always thought he was nuts, but then I noticed my nephew always nibbling the ears of our dog. So it would seem to be a common impulse.

    I had my dog missy for 8 years, she didn't like it at first but then she knew it was affectionate. plus i saw tom hanks do that to that one hooch. its not really a bit though its more of a naw. puppies and other dogs play like that all the time. I've even heard of people ear nibbling each others ears. and mothers with babies don't even get me started. thanks for posting this I don't feel so crazy now. i miss my missy dog. thanks all God bless-pc

    I think a lot of people do this, just most wont admit it c:
    I did the same thing with my dog, i would cover my teeth with my lips and bite gently. They are just so cute.
