Is it normal that i have to flush the toilet if anything is in it

I'm serious. If I or someone else throws so much as just a tiny piece of tissue paper or just spit in the toilet, I HAVE to flush it. It just annoys the heck out of me that something is in the toilet and I almost go crazy if it's not flushed down. I flush every single time I either urinate or defecate. In fact I have to do both I usually flush the feces first than urinate than flush the toilet again because I don't like the thought of them mixing together.

    I don't go crazy, but I always flush when I drop something in the toilet.

    Sounds like OCD. I know it's not pleasant. Just remember that it's wasteful, and take a few deep breaths.
