I make this noise randomly and as I said before involuntarily. For about 8 months now I've made this...sort of like a bird squawk. This isn't a joke post. This actually happens and it's really loud, it's not a burp or a hiccup either, I have no idea what it is.
You are slowly being taken over by a strange, evil bird creature from the very depths of hell. It will consume you until you are one with its dark, evil self.
Its called a tic. Look up tics. Their usually associated by tourettes but can be caused by other stuff as well.
In all seriousness, this is a common complaint from people with Acid Reflux, is splashes on the vocal cords, making them suddenly tense, making you involuntarily squawk. Check with your doctor if its any serious cause but its unlikely, they'll most likely prescribe antacids.
It is more common than you would think, but I don't know if it's considered normal. I have had this issue for YEARS, one of my children and one of his children also do this, leading me to suspect it is physiological in nature. I do notice that it is more frequent when I am over full after a meal, and continually with all my pregnancies. Every time I have brought this up with a medical professional it is suggested that it is related to pressure on the diaphragm. Eating smaller meals helps tremendously but I don't think I will ever get rid of it entirely. People around me have gotten a kick out of it, or learned to just overlook it.
Sounds like something that happens with Tourrette's. I think it also happens with Bi Polar... Although, maybe not. Cause if it's bi polar, you'd also experience mood swings, and mania, etc. ever been diagnosed with either disorder? Well, if not, or even if you have, I reccomend you speak to your doctor/psychiatrist/a professional about this.
Actually, that sorta sounds like the sound I sometimes make when I accidentally add 'voice' to my yawning. I said it was normal though, I don't actually know your situation, so I guess it depends.
eat more seeds and berries, the might help. oh and worms too, and then take a big poop on the neighbors car
