Is it normal that i keep rapidly turn my head from straight to right?

Everyday my head sorta goes off and looks to the right then straight again and does it really fast.

    Its probably your intestines acting out as your nervous system. See its like this: when your nervous system suddenly grows HUGE and too much heat is inserted in it, it will fall sleep and than your intestines will take over... My younger nephew told me this. So don't be hatin' if i am wrong. And I also suggest you eat eggs.

    Nervous twitch probably caused by sleeping uncomfortably.
    Try buying a new pillow.
