Is it normal that i laugh when someone get's hurt?

One day I was going from school to home and a car ran over a kid (he's still alive) and even tho he was crying I started to smile. I knew it was wrong so I tried to stop smiling but I couldn't.
I know it is wrong but I couldn't stop for some reason and I regret it.
Is it normal?

    It's normal to smile sometimes when you can't deal with a situation or you're under extreme stress. It's just a weird reaction of your body. I had that too when my mother told me one of my best friends had gone missing. I had to hide my face because for some reason I just started smiling and it felt terrible.
    Your facial expression doesen't matter if you weren't genuinely happy a kid got hurt.
