Was that before or after he ate some cat shit from the litter tray and then licked his own asshole?

Yeah, kernels stuck in the gums for the dog and a sex change for the owner.

  • It's bad for the dog, and bad for you. It's not normal, either.

Not a good idea. Dogs will eat almost anything including animal feces they find in the yard.

Popcorn is not good for dogs. Please don't.

Dogs can have popcorn as long as itโ€™s fully popped. Kernels are the problem.
We gave it to guard dogs as a reward. Itโ€™s not good to let a dog lick your open mouth.

Fully popped is still a choking hazard depending on the dog so it's best to keep it from them. Dogs don't need popcorn.

The open mouth contact is another matter. Pretty harmless in most cases. No more a threat than a human.

Wrong on both counts, but believe what you like.

I spend a lot of time with dogs both for my business and pleasure, so we can agree to disagree.

Not really. You can check with the AKC on popcorn and any health site on the difference between dog saliva and human saliva and how dogs can deal with e-coli among other things - which could infect and potentially kill a human, or my 18 weeks of intensive dog training as a military working dog handler and the guy who led that course for over 20 years.
