So recently I had this dream about a guy with green eyes and the dream was amazing and a little creepy but I'm not crazy or anything but I just keep thinking about him and I don't even know if he exists or not and I just don't know what it is that I'm experiencing and I don't wanna keep thinking about him because If he doesn't exist than I'll feel stupid
It's completely normal. I think I've had such a dream once or twice. Thankfully the thought never lasted more than a few hours or day. In my case I realized how the anonymous girl was made up of traits from girls I like/liked in real life. Yours is probably the same
Firstly, it is critical that you stop forcing yourself to not think about this anonymous dream guy. Let it be. It's not creepy nor does it make you crazy. It's not much different than the concept most people have in their head about their "ideal person," who they dream about. Secondly, what is your dream guy like? What do you like about him? Describe him for me
