It's a strange kind of arousal, very different from sex or masturbation. In fact, once I release myself by peeing the feeling's gone.
I think I first started this when I had to pee, but couldn't get to a toilet for a while. I must have realized that thinking of sex somehow relieves the urge to go. Kind of like a switchover.
