Is it normal that i like the smell of gasoline?

I sure do. It's a nice smell. Diesel smells nice too. In fact, most stuff you put in an engine smells good.

I wouldn't go so far as to say it's normal, but there is definitely a contingent of people who adore the smell, and I'm one of them. I wish they would isolate that smell and put it in a form you can smell without the harmful effects of the gas fumes.

I love that smell. Markers, too. Just don't huff it. One of the things I love most about old vehicles is that smell :)

The smell of diesel from a locomotive or passenger ferry always does it for me.
