Is it normal that i like to be mean/play roughly to my cat?

I have an 8 month old cat and she loves to play rough. She goes crazy when I get her riled up with a cat toy. She loves to run around and to play fetch. When I sleep she tries to get my attention by biting or clinging on to me with her claws. Instead of ignoring, I poke her really hard or throw her off my bed which I'm sure instigates it, but I do it anyway. I kind of like doing it, the same way she might like to play around, maybe? Is it in any way normal to get pleasure from hurting your cat (not sexual pleasure, you dirty freaks)?

There's a difference between playing and throwing your fucking cat off the bed.
    Please stop

When my youngest cat wakes me up by clawing and biting me bitch better be prepared to get thrown down from the bed. Not thrown into the wall or anything but I do give her a harsh push.

It's not really throwing. It's kind of dropping. I used the wrong word xD

To be honest, she actually does the same sorta stuff to herself. She will literally fall off of high shelves because she is so clumsy, and then walk away seemingly unhurt. I don't really throw her, I kinda drop her. My bed is really low and it's not that far off of the ground. She plays REALLY rough just by herself. I could show you a video of what she does on her own and the stuff that I do seems like nothing.

What does this have to do with being even? xD First of all, you're exaggerating; I'm not throwing my cat off the bed, just dropping her. Second, life is not fair. You should've learned that by now ... x'D

As long as you're not really hurting it. I dunno, I play pretty rough with my dogs because they are brutes, so it's pretty normal to me.

Yeah, I just do back whatever she does to me. She is pretty unfazed. She either hops right back up or bites me again. I usually end up hiding any skin from her so she can't bite me anymore x'D
