Is it normal that i like to feel things on my lip?

I like to rub smooth things over my lip and it feels really nice and also at various points in the day I find myself placing my finger on my lip even when Im not talking to anyone, what does this mean?

    It's normal. Lips are sensitive, which is one of the reasons why it's fun to kiss someone.
