    I've heard of people doing this, although I'd guess it's not particularly normal.

    Most people feel discomfort rather than pleasure when there's a metaphorical Gandalf telling their poo "You shall not pass!"

    Believe me, very few things are worst than chronic constipation. Keep this up, and one day, you desire the phenomenon of diaorreha (typo, obviously).
