Is it normal that i like to rub my skin on fabrics 24/7?

Ever sense I could remeber I will rub my feet together when I sleep and I sleep on my stomach and arms under me so I run my arms and fists In between me and my bed for hours and i will rub my feet and legs all at the same time for hours and when I'm done I get tried and my whole body buzzes and I sleep. I've been doing this forever. Also, I like to rub the back of my fists into tight spaces like someone's arm pit or against their back, or on my leg. I tried to look this up online but no one ever seems to have this. Is there a name for this? Is this normal?

It could be a sensory comfort sort of thing.

I tend to like rubbing my feet together while trying to sleep, as well as being on my stomach rather than my back, and with my arms secure in some way, like under my chest or wrapped up tightly in some way. I think this is definitely a sensory thing, especially since I've always loved running textures against my lips, like really smooth feathers and the texture of my really old teddy bear. But some textures I hate, like powdery or soft in a specific way (like my parents old blanket)

I'd rather rub it over poison ivy or the side of a cactus, really gets rid of whatever itch I have on my body.

I prefer to rub my body all over barbed wire fences, it feels good.
