Is it normal that i like to smell my dog's paws?

My dog's paws totally smell like fritos. I think that I don't like it, but end up going back in for another sniff.

My cats paws smell like doritos ^_^

I heard that too about dog paws smelling like popcorn. It was explained that it's bacteria (yeast like) that gets caught up in their paws and ferments giving off a popcorn, corn chip, etc. smell

I do this too, it's how I check if I need to clean them or not.

I used to like the smell of my cat's paws-they smelt like cheesy Wotsits (a maize-based snack in the UK).

Well, there have been other posts on this and people says their dogs paws smell like Fritos. I don't get that smell from my dog.
