Yeah, I'm the same. First thing I do when I get home is take my shoes and socks off. I'd happily walk around barefoot outside too, and if I'm on a field (plenty of those where I am) or at a beach, then I tend to. My feet like the freedom.:)

I used to be able to do this, I even run in street barefoot, it was partly in attempt to build up my feet into a big callous and then have like hobbit feet. Hobbits never wear shoes. But can't were I am now =(. Now,my feet are weak and girly wahhhhh

Dude you should try walking barefoot around town in summer. It's kinda liberating. I remember walking around thinking " Look at you minions and your shoes! PAH! "

I walk barefoot whenever I can. In my house, on grass, on sidewalks... I even walk barefoot in public parks and things. I find shoes mildly uncomfortable. After walking barefoot for sometime, your feet will become stronger and more healthy in my opinion. My feet don't even develop thick callouses, even though I walk on sharp stones and rocks.

I walked home from the beach last night barefoot. I haven't done that in friggin ages. Luckily i didn't step on anything sharp or icky. I live on the edge, i know. I blame the alcohol.

    I suppose it is normal/natural.

We are not born with footwear.

In the town where I live there are two(elderly) people who walk everywhere barefoot. After a time your soles develop calluses apparently. Which is, I suppose, what happened to our prehistoric ancestors.
