Is it normal that i literally laugh out loud when i see a dog panting?

I've always thought some dogs look hilarious when they are panting. I think it has to do with the expression on their face and the way their eyes look when they are doing it. Like this dog totally cracks me up http://www.flickr.com/photos/7871905@N05/870523862/

    by any chance did you watch a lot of Garfield when you were young. Oodie was always doing that.

      I did. And I think it's funny when Odie does it too. Plus I had a dog when I was a kid who did it a lot.

    OMG I laugh at dogs when they pant with their huge tongues and stuff! lol what about those Chihuahuas??? Their eyes are HUGE!!!!!!!!!! lol
