Is it normal that i live in my mind?

Okay, so I never really do this, but it's getting really bad. And I don't know how weird it is, but I literally imagine a whole different life. I have a different appearence, same family and friends, although I made up a lot of them and thier looks. I also made up a relationship. It's strange. I can sing, dance, and I'm very talented in my fake world. I put good use to it and made movies about my fake life/friends as if they were real. But I day dream about it, and it's starting to become my normal life. It really distracts me, so how do I stop? HEEEEEELP!

I have mine. It's normal, I think. And I have a life as well in my mind. I'm a refugee in a trench coat with a double strap, running into the woods with no close companion, but a few friends in their bases. I also have my M700 with a 8x scope, an M9, and a bunch of ammunition in my bag. I'm currently in a pine/spruce forest in autumn. Running low on food, and currently heading towards my friend's hideout somewhere to the north.

I do the same a lot. I would say it's normal as long as it makes you feel good and as long as you can still support yourself in society. I've read about a thing called maladaptive daydreaming. There are things you can do, like mindfulness therapy, to help you if it starts to get in the way.
