I think they have no self control, have a weak mind and I despise them. I will never date one and feel sorry for friends who have game addict boyfriends.
They spend their free time differently than you. They enjoy life just as much as you, but since they chose to do it in a manner that you don't enjoy you look down on them?
I'm not too much of a gamer myself, but I also don't judge people for being different than me. Sounds like your kind of a shallow minded dick.
I hate them too they are annoying . They would play a game rather than go a funeral they would do this instead of homework they will do this instead of going out with freind and some of them that have family or girlfreinds will ignore them becuase they feel like beating that damn troll . Its no big deal if your a gamer but when you sit thier droooling infront of the screen skip your lover , job sociol life for it thier is seriouesly something wrong with you " .
So when you think someone has a weak mind, you despise them for it? Does this seem like the best pose for someone with a supposedly stronger mind to strike?
I think the word addict is being thrown around too much here. I have a brother who literally can't stop playing games. Not only that but he steals so that he can buy new games or go to game tournaments or other stuff like that. I used to share a room with him and things of mine went missing. An old laptop a couple of my hard drives, money.
He lists it as just a hobby, but it's become more than that, it's his life and everything else comes second.
I like playing games and actually I program little computer games and 3D demos in my spare time.
I don't blame the computer games, it could have been anything that he became addicted to. I do hate his stealing and his addictive personality.

I`m addicted to games, but i spend time with friends any day over games, every person is different, and every game-addict is also different, even if some are pretty similair, dont judge game-addicts as a race, judge them as individiuals
People who feel the need to despise others because they have a particular hobby seem to lack more self control than the people they despise.
You should never look down on anyone. It's not your job to judge people.
Silly reason to hate someone. I guess that it is pretty easy to assume on how you'd react towards other types of groups like people with eating disorders or those that are/used to be drug addicts. Oh, sorry, what's that? I got you wrong? I judged you by your cover and you don't like how it feels? Oh! The irony! If you don't want to be wrongly judged by others, then don't in turn do the same thing.
I completly agree with you. There is nothing wrong with being a gamer. However gaming addicts will do nothing but game. They will game instead of seeing friends, instead of doing homework, instead of having a social life, or seeing there lover.
In fact some people are so bad they will still go to such events and still do nothing but game at them. Gaming is great and all. However neglecting friends, family, lovers, life just so you could get the stupid high score is ridiculous.
People like this should be looked down upon. They do not care about anyone else and they only care about themselves and there stupid video-games. I could see if some people become huge gamer since they have no social life and they want to kill time.
A lot of times it people with real lives and friends that still neglect them so they could get a stupid high score. People like this are pathetic and disgust me as well. So yes! I complete agree with you. I feel bad for anyone who gets in a relationship with these type of people since they will never love you back the way you love them.

So even though gamers see the deep meaning of games like Heavy Rain, Bioshock and Shadow of the Colossus, they have a weak mind?
I must have a weak mind then because I enjoyed Fallout 3 and found the 1950s style shown in the game very fascinating. My mind must be exceptionally weak if I loved not only the gameplay of LA Noire, but the whole film noir feeling of the game as well- and since I've seen a few film noir movies, I can really appreciate the noir aspect of the game. I MUST have a weak mind if I found Xenosaga III to have a very touching plot, and appreciate its music and characters.
Yep. I definitely have a weak mind for appreciating some of the hard work that goes into making fantastic games.
Some people just hate their life in some form, it's how haters like this are born, this girl is just high up on that haterade. I feel bad for her, kids these days.

By the way I played World of Warcraft a few years ago(i'm now a recovering addict.) At the time my girlfriend didn't like it but then I sat her in the chair taught her the basics and guess what, she became more addicted to it than I was. Fun story for you.
If you had a near death experience, you'd realize that everything you do is a game.
So in your case, judging people is a game. It's entertaining I'll bet. You say gamers have no self control, but you can stop judging, can't you? Or not, who knows?
Unfortunately, you seem to be quite the competitive player. If you do well, you score higher. But not everybody plays the judging game, and It's silly to try and compete against large random groups of people. Just like it's silly for a gamer to brag to YOU about his/her Gaming.
You would hate Yahtzee Croshaw, then.... mind you, playing video games is part of his job and he's only a huge Internet sensation with a cult following!
