Is it normal that i look "unisex" down there (explicit)

Sup. I'm a trans guy, but I never had any surgery or hormones. This makes the state of my privates a bit odd.

I grew up as a girl (obv.), but recently my puberty started going the "boy way". I'm 18, and since a year before I started growing hair on my face (sideburns, neckbeard and a moustache), chest & stomach hair. My voice also dropped a bit, and I always have been build like, in the words of my dad "an East German female athlete" (very broad and muscular shoulders). Not that I'm complaining. I also have boobs and get periods.

Downstairs... Well, just imagine a typical vagina. Except labia minora and clitoris are fused together partially into a freaky, 3-headed semipenis. Also, the vaginal opening starts in the middle - this whole mess takes up the front half and I checked, there's no opening in the front half. Just my mutant dick and smooth flesh. The opening is very narrow, shallow and dry, and I think it might be closing?

I don't masturbate bc dysphoria, but I like to think about hot guys - except that when my stuff gets bothered, it really hurts. It legit hurts like it wasn't a vag, but an open wound that doesn't want to heal. The mutant dick responds to stimulus a bit. I case you wonder how I get periods - painfully. Sometimes I can barely walk.

I also can easily pee both standing and sitting. When my mom got an ultrasound while she was pregnant with me, it showed that I'll be male - therefore making for a bit of a suprise when I was born (I got assigned female).

I'm going to the gynecologist, bc I had some awful pains lately (in that place between crotch and legs, dunno what it's called). Do you think that is withing normal female range, or am I intersex/hermaphroditic?
