Is it normal that i lose half my vision and get dizzy after stretching
When ever I stretch or sometimes yawn, I get dizzy, I lose half my vision, and my muscles give up. Is that normal?

Its orthostatic hypotension, its some kind of disorder or disease, though its not dangerous unless you do pass out. I have passed out before, because of this. Its wierd, if you do you need to see a docter. Let me explain how this kinda works
When you strech, you strain yourself, causing blood to pool at your legs and lower body, causing no oxygen for the brain which in result, causes light headed, blurry vision, weakness, confusion, and sometimes fainting. Hope this helped. Although i dont know how to avoid it except, stop stretching.. At least xont stretch for a long time like 5 seconds.

Not necessarily normal, but common yeah ..
Pretty complicated but simply put it's because when you strain your heart slows which allows blood to pool in the lower part of your body ..
This causes a slight (temporary) lack of oxygen to your brain and low blood pressure ..
