Is it normal that i love dogs but they scare me and bark at me?

My hand shake a lot and they try biting my toes but big dogs bark at me and if I go pet them they recoil in fear. I REALLY need help, because a guest came over and I was trying to eat but the dog was looking around the house and stopped turned around an started barking real loud, trying to bite me. I had to run downstairs and hide in my room while my siblings talked to her.I tried being calm but I freaked out, I know I have a fear of dogs...just please help me.

    best advice ad a dawgsavvy feller is to ignore dont make eye contact and specially dont lean & loom over with an unfamiliar dawg
    control yallself and try not to be or look afraid either

    yall shouldnt be makin friends till theys well useda yall in the household

    Dogs bark sometimes because they are excited others times it because they just do and they might also do it so you play. And dogs like to play fight

    A lot of dogs bark but you can usually tell if they are dangerous by their body language .?

    You must be a killer machine from the future, but it seems you have forgotten your mission. Rip a bit of skin from your arm and see if you have a metal frame underneath.
