Seriously. I can't stand my brother. He's rude and mean and steals from me. I do love him but I can't stand being around him. On the other hand, my cat is adorable and loving and loyal. I think if my cat died, I'd cry more than if my brother died.
Normal. I'm at tge point where if any of my family members died I wouldn't care.

I hate my brother to the core and sometimes I wish he could die. My dog on the other hand is really grateful, affectionate and always there for me when i'm down. Its normal to get different feelings over anyone. It is all due to how the people treats you. I mean, you can't love someone who is hostile to you, that's just crazy and not normal if you think about it.
It's normal. There is a harmless parasite which makes you love cats. A lot of people have it. Look it up if you want to know more about it

Some humans are not lovable. would be easy to love a rabid dog rather than a serial killer..family or not.
You only think that! It took me years to get over my dog dying until I got another one. BUT 5 years ago on the 13th August my nephew was 17 and killed on a motorbike. The two cannot and will not ever compare - even though I did not see my nephew every week :o(
The thing I love about animals is that they're always loyal. If you pet them and feed them, they love you forever. Not all humans are that appreciative when you're nice to them.
