Is it normal that me, a 47 year old woman shops at hot topic and has huge tattoos of tiny leprechauns and fairies on my ankle. I also like to shoot whipcream into my mouth and I popped out of a cake for my sons 21st birthday. I love children!!!
Why the fuck did so many people vote abnormal for this? It's completely normal to shop at Hot Topic and have tattoos and such regardless of age!

Totally normal. I was a little puzzled when you said that you popped out of your sons b day cake. Wasn't that a little awkward. If I was your son I would have preferred a hot girl (I'm not saying your ugly) closer to my age. God, anyone but my Mom.

I think that lots of women in our age group feel young. I think it's healthier than being an old fuddy duddy. I think that if it's attention you are wanting then there are better ways to go about it, but if you genuinely enjoy wearing the clothes and getting the tattoos, more power to you.
I do hope that your son is totally on board with how you are acting around him and his friends....you can be cool without tempting his embarrassment.
