Is it normal that i'm addicted to write stories about fighting foods?

A few years ago, our spelling teacher told us to right about 3 paragraph story. I wrote a 2 page story. I did the same thing three times. Each story was about fruit that sang and dance. They were in a war and other fruit attacked them. Now: It is several years later and I really want to right a book. It is about meat and candy that fight because they can only eat eachother... ect... Don't wanna go into deatail. I've told some of my better friends about it and some thought it sounded stupid. Once I typed/printed the first chapter, alot of them loved it. Do you guys think books of fighting foods is normal?

People can write about whatever they want and you never know what the public will like. I mean, who knew so many people would love vampires falling in love with humans... Fighting food could be the new thing! You never know!!

This is excellent! Oddly enough, I made a fictional character called Evil Carrot Man when I was in junior high.

Absolutely brilliant. In a world devoid of original ideas, you've managed to pluck one out of the hat. Would you copy and paste a couple of paragraphs of your story here? I suspect I'd enjoy reading it.

"Should I shoot?" I asked General Long while looking down at a ham. "Damn right! Take out that freak of nature!" he said. I looked at him and nodded. I looked back down from the helicopter. It was gone! I turned to General Long. "The... the... the ham... It's gone!" I yelled out. Everything turned red. After several moments my eyes went back to reality. I began to slowly slide out of the helicopter. "What in the cream?" I yelled. I looked out the door and realised we were going down. My short stubs that I call legs were hanging out of the doorway. I grabbed the sides of the door and pulled myself in. I attempted to stand up, but I instantly fell back down. I suddenly went flying in the air! I felt pain and then I felt nothing.

I awoke in a small room. General Long lay on the floor in front of me. His own lollipop sword in his stomach. I noticed I was in a chair. I attemped to stand up, but licoricee kept me tied to the chair. I struggled to break free. A guard came walking up to me. It was a large strip of bacon. I hadn't realised there was anyone else in the room. "You helicopter was no threat. We ignore it. One ham attack it. It fell. It kill ham. The SnoCap mountains are ours, but you will pay." I stared at him feeling surprised at his lack of proper grammar. He turned around and reached for the body of a ham. It was too heavy for him, so he just dragged the body across the floor. It eventually ended up in front of me. He did his best to lift up the body. "Helicopter kill him. We want you suffer like him." He said. I reached my headout to the body and took a bite of it. "How dare you!" The other slices of bacon in the roo began to crowd around with their miniature meatball guns pointed at me. One fired at me. This battle had just begun.

Don't mind the typos. A virus wiped everything from my pc so I had to retype it quickly.
