Is it normal that i'm afraid of growing up?

Well. 18 years has come and done. I'm a bit emotional on everything since my father was died when I was 9yrs old. My mother was remarried and I'm now just dwelling at my Aunt's house to support my shelter, food, education and everything. Every time I think of the times when my father died, I'm becoming weak for my future.

    None of us want to grow up, but it's part of life. Time stops for no one. I am 23, but hey it's not all that bad. I still enjoy going out and doing things. I mean dwelling on the past is no way to live. If you can't forget yesterday, how can you enjoy tomorrow?

    I know how you feel.
    But I think the way to combat this is to live in the NOW. Don't worry about the future, because you won't realise you're missing out on what's currently happening around you.
    Think about it; today only happens ONCE. You will never have the opportunity to enjoy this day again, so make it count.
