Is it normal that i'm afraid of homeless people?
I go to the city with my friends a lot and there are usually a lot of homeless people. I always walk around or away from them, I think I'm a bit scared.
is this normal? does anyone else get scared?

Having nowhere to live does not give you any super powers, they have no advantage over you.
I met an awesome homeless man in Pittsburgh one day... told me about his travels in the army, time spent abroad in interesting places. Called himself a spiritual master, spent some time in the east at monestaries and the like. Very deep man, highly intelligent. I hope he got the hell off that corner and went on to do shit. :)
It sure is normal to be afraid of them because you have been taught that way. However, you may try and talk to some of them. You'll probably find many who have mental disorders but hardly any who pose an actual danger. It's for a reason that they live the way they do, if they were able to do any harm, they' be much better off.
No i don't i like homeless people and i always have when i see one its like seeing a friend.
