Is it normal that i'm afraid of incoming phone calls

Is it normal that all incoming phone calls fill me with dread, as if something bad is going to happen, or ill get bad news, Im afraid every time my gf gets a call even when i lived with my father and i heard his phone ring it terrified me, because I always either think that i am the subject or that, the call is to them on behalf of someone who would want to hurt me, is this normal/not weird?

    Funny. If our phone rings, we automatically assume it's a wrong number. We use maybe an hour or three of airtime a year, most years.
