Is it normal that i'm afraid to write something on facebook?

Is it normal to not write anything on facebook, because I'm afraid I won't get any 'likes'? I also dislike to write in other people's walls... all I do is comment their comments on my wall.

    Social networking sites are cary things. You can be expelled, loose your job, be declined a job or an apartment based on opinions you expressed in the past.

    I'm not saying don't write anything, just be cautious of what you do write.

    I deleted my Facebook a while ago, and really, nothing has changed.

    I know exactly what you mean. That's why I deactivated my account like 4 months ago. Even reading or hearing the name 'facebook' gives me an uneasy feeling for some reason..

    I am exactly the same way I haven't wrote a status for years, yet if someone writes on my wall I write on my post. I recommend tumblr I just got it and post about 20 posts a day feel so much more comfortable on there.:)

    I'm just like you. Everyone in school thinks i'm quiet and shy except for a select few who know the real me. I think that's part of the reason i'm afraid to post certain things. I may not get any likes or like some people may think, "why did she do a status about that..." etc.
