Is it normal that i'm always worried?

I'm always worried about something no matter what! I always think there's something wrong with me no matter what! 5% of the time I am relaxed, the other 95% I'm worrying about something! I have a therapist, but she usually Google's the solution to my problem, so that's pretty much no help. She often tells me that she doesn't know what to do about my problems and I am not aloud to change therapists. I started feeling some weird type of dizzy. I'm almost always worried about something being wrong with me. Is this normal and what can I do about it?

You need to resolve your worries directly. Write them out on paper several times a day. As you write each one, search for a way to make it a bit less important. Write that down. Each time you do this, start from scratch. Do not repeat your answers from memory. In time, you should be able to find a better way to ease each worry, until in the end that worry no longer needs your attention. Keep working on this until you are down to just the worries everyone has.

Why would you not be able to change therapists? It sounds like the root of your problem.
