Is it normal that i'm in college and go home almost every weekend?

I'm 19, a sophomore in college and I was just wondering if it is normal for me to go home every weekend. I decided to go to college pretty close to home and I honestly thought that I would like college more than I do. I mean my friends from home commute so I see them when I go home but is this normal? cause I feel like a loser.

    I do the same. Idunno my residence just doesn't feel like home.. I like to come backto my own room..
