Is it normal that i'm in somewhat remission from my mental distress?

I don't know how i got into this sudden remission? I mean how do i stay in remission without relapses?

I’m not a mental health professional but my 2 cents is this- there’s no way to guarantee that you will never have a relapse. Recovery isn’t linear, there will be good periods and bad. Absolutely don’t beat yourself up if you feel you have slipped back, it’s unfortunately part of life. Remember you progressed out of it once before and will do it again. All you can do is put one foot in front of the other and continue to work on yourself.

Like any chronic illness that relapses, and that will do and does the same.

Remission is normal for mental health issues. How to stay better is not my area of expertise.

In fact it so sucks to experience this that I don't want to feel any relapse.
