I empathize w/ you on your obsession. I too, am obsessed. It's an incredibly mysterious, intriguing & scary subject... All the more reason we like it!

First off, define supernatural. Usually that means stuff like ghosts, angels, demons, etc. Impossible things? Like what? Time Travel?
If it is fiction books you like, nothing wrong with that. I do wish time travel was real. Fantasy books are also good, but if you let your iagination wander too far, it won't come back.
So are you talking about:
Supernatural (ghosts, angels, demons, etc.)
Fiction (science or otherwise (time travel, space travel, etc.))
Fantasy (Dragons, unicorns, etc.)

Maybe you need to pursue symbolic religious relics. Crosses, holy water, beads, ... You might like it, but I hate it.
