Is it normal, that i'm scared of hippies?
I've recently realized that I'm scared of hippies. They make me uncomfortable regardless of their modernity. I'm all for weed legalization and I'm interested in new age concepts, but there's something about them that I just can't shake. The ones I've come in contact with are either extremely happy or too spaced out to even have a conversation with them. There's a organic store I've been going to and there are allot of modern "hippies" that work there. I get so stressed out and upset when I'm in there. I'll curse uncontrollably and asking for help and going to the check out is even worse. About two weeks ago, I went to their health section and asked the woman if they had deodorant which they did. I was very uncomfortable while talking to her, so I went to get the deodorant and she came from behind to ask if I was looking for anything in specific and I nearly had a heart attack. It was horrible. I can't handle their high-pitched happy voices and check-out is by far the worst part. The conveyor belt is fairly short and it forces you to be in close quarters with the people. If you have allot of bags after you ring everything up, they other people over and go with you to your car. I hate it! I get so upset, my heart pounds so loudly and I shake. They are like on big happy cult and I really can't take it!!! I'm not trying to stereotype or offend anyone with this. I just want to know if this fear is normal and if there's a name for it. IIN?
