Is it normal that i'm scared to hook up with girls?

Soo I used to be in a public school starting from grade 8 all the way to grade 12. I was in a private school and I knew the same 30 people for all those years. The girls became like sisters to me and so we would never actually hook up at parties since we became so close. But at the same time, I never got any practice at making out. I'm now, in university and I am absolutely terrified of hooking up with hot girls because I'm scared I will be terrible at it and make a bad impression. I'm only in my 6th week here and I've already turned down 5 girls because I'm too scared to do anything other than talk to them. Is this normal? What should I do?

    You're obviously a likeable/attractive person if these girls are asking you out. Just go hang out with them sometime. Stop worrying so much. What have you got to lose?

    Don't worry too much about it, focus on having a good time with them and just let things flow naturally. When you feel comfortable and ready give it a try and go for a kiss, practice makes perfect.

    You should watch movies that have a lot of kissing. Watch every detail of what they do with their mouths; watch the way their hands--especially fingertips--move on each other's bodies.

    Just to point out a precedent, in Archery class I was taught to visualize each shot as a perfect shot several times before I took it; a shot fired in your mind is as good for your motor skills as a shot actually fired, and this applies to kissing too.

    How do I know? My first kiss--FIRST kiss--at the age of 26 lasted for 20 minutes, and she wrote a poem about it afterwards. So I guess some good came of it. :D

      I did the same thing, watching movies and people can help. My first time was a few months back, 18, lasted about as long, and she damn near raped me after-wards. O_o
