Is it normal that i'm still a virgin at 31?

I'm a strait guy and at the age of 31 i'm yet to sex a girl. I just decided to wait till i get married. But some girls, even guys are scaring the hell out of me that the un release sperm will have a negative effect on my health, and sexual life when i got married. Am i normal! Are they right in their assumptions?

    One, you dont need to have sex to release sperm.
    Two, there is nothing wrong with being a virgin as it is merely a social construct.
    Now if youre holding off until marriage make sure A- you are doing it for the right reasons and B- you consider that many, MOST, people will not marry a person before having sex with them. Good luck with whatever you choose.
