Is it normal that i'm this addicted to calories?
I don't know why, but I find myself jogging for 15 minutes in the morning, and even then I jog through out the day in my house (I have a home office like job where I do nothing but sit on my butt) so I jog to go get my food in the kitchen and jog while it's preparing (In place of course).
I am 5'7 and 105 lbs, and a male. I don't know why but I'm extremely obsessive over "burning calories" so I don't feel lazy, or fat.
P.S: I do eat healthy.
