Is it normal that i make weird noises when i get allergies attacks?

I was cleaning my studio apartment today and I have very sensitive airways so now my throat and ears are itching like crazy!

When I get allergies, I tend to make this weird hacking sound like as if someone is going to spite or a weird hissing cat sound so I can scratch my throat and then I end up wiggling my pinky fingers in my ears.

Is this quite common?
