    Totally normal. When I had a place to myself I'd masturbate at least 10 times a week. Definitely helps with getting to sleep too.

    I've never understood how masturbating helps people sleep..it always wakes me up even if i was tired before hand, i will be fully awake and no where near ready to sleep afterwards. It stimulates the mind too much when I have to think hard about how sexy the stuff going on is, and it's some rigorous physical activity that gets the blood flowin.
