Is it normal that i miss those days?

I miss those days, where back then I want to say the 2000s, I miss when back when before the movies got released I miss the days when a Chinese guy would sell me DVDs of the latest movies and he would sell me 5 movies for 1 quid and would come with a bag filled with DVDs, he would make these bargains whenever he had the time to come over to my house even though English wasn't the great but was learning. I miss when selling DVDs to people were a thing.

Sometimes the Chinese guy would invite me over to his house and we would sit down and have a chat at that time we had a great conversation, he told me that he had a daughter who was living in Guangzhou and how he still misses his daughter.

I often wonder what happened to the guy who sold me DVDs years later....

Back when i was workin in the warehouse there would be this coworker guy that would linger out in the parking lot. We had alot of employees here and he would have this little CD binder. It was actually really organized looking and he was a hustler he'd ask if anyone wants to buy some DVDs. You'd look through his binder and he'd have brand new movies already that arent even out of the theaters and he'd be selling them for just 5 bucks. They were all bootlegs but it was actually kind of a cool hustle I respected it.

The way his binder was presented it would have the actual picture of the movie on the pockets of the binder and you'd point to what you wanted and he'd reach behind whatever picture and pull out a dvd from behind it. He'd have multiple copies of every movie. It was like a photo album. Im probably preaching to the choir here yall prolly saw ppl who did this but this was new to me. I think its cool.

        • What I mean is that nowadays people are all about watching movies over the internet instead of DVDs.
