Is it normal that i no longer take the elevator?

Since I have moved to Vietnam this past August, I have lost a good 25 or 30 pounds. You see, I found out I'm diabetic earlier this year when I had my physical after I flew home from Thailand. Shit got real then! I therefore have been determined not only to kick diabetes's ass but also get shredded by the end of the school year next May.

I did the Hip Hop Abs program first. It made me feel good when I met up with a friend from Ireland one night, and he told me he could barely recognize me because I'd lost so much weight. Indeed I no longer have a pot belly. It's flat now as I'm also into my Week 6 of the Insanity workout program.

I've decided to do P90X after this, Insanity Max:30 sometime next spring, and maybe P90X2 or the Asylum program sometime next year. In the meantime, I've decided I'm no longer taking the elevator in whichever building I enter. I walk up and down the stairs to my apartment on the 4th floor. I do the same when I have to go to my work headquarters periodically.

Just today, I walked up four stories to the 4th floor to do some administrative work and then up another five flights of stairs to the 9th floor to get some lunch before walking down all nine stories to my motorbike. In fact, I'm thinking now of walking up and down all 25 flights of stairs in my apartment building ever Sunday which is supposed to be my day off. Just so you know, my building is the first one I've ever seen with a 13th floor. Is this normal?

That's nice! I commend you on your weight loss. I take the stairs because of this https://youtu.be/Mo4bbLEfCEk.

Well I hardly put much credence into a cartoon, but that's good to know. Whatever works.
