Is it normal that i notice that something is missplaced?

I notice when someone changes something's position. For example, I left my pencil case alone for a moment and when I came back, 2 pens were switched. (My pens look very similar so is kinda hard to notice) Of course, It pissed me off, when I asked about it to my classmate he asked me how I noticed, and why I got so angry.(It has him who switched the pens)When I couldn't answer the question myself I came here.
Sooo..... Is it normal that it pisses me off?

Note: my pencil case has holes were you "stick" the pens/ pencils.

It's normal to notice these things, I often do. For instance, I always know when my partner uses my things because he never puts it back in the same place.

I don't think though, that it's normal to react so negatively. It's not like anyone is trying to mess with you personally.
